Mr. Alexander Aryeetey is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years post qualification experience. He worked with Tetteh Addico & Co. for 13 years as a Trainee Accountant and rose to an Audit Manager. He qualified in 1995, and was awarded the Unilever prize for overall best Financial Management Student.Whiles with Tetteh Addico Mr. Aryeetey was charged with Audit responsibilities;
Diana has over 30 years of post qualification experience. She won the following award: best overall student and best student in Auditing – final section 1 in 1990 and the Price Waterhouse award for the best student in Auditing and investigation – final Section III in 1992. She started her career with the then KPMG Peat Marwick Okoh & Co now KPMG. She worked there for four years where she rose to become an Assistant Manager. She also worked for Alugan Ghana Limited and Muk Air Ghana Limited as the financial controller.
She joined Aryeetey and Associates in 2002 as an Associate Partner. She also worked as the Director of Finance and Administration for Christian Council of Ghana, a faith-based Organisation for seven years. Her areas of expertise are Financial and Operational audits, Accounting, Taxation, Management, and Advisory services.
